A container

Potassium Chloride crystals

kitchen scales

Deionised Water

kitchen measuring jug

measure out 250 ml deionized water

Place the container on the scales and press the Tare button to give a zero reading

Add solid Potassium Chloride to the container until the weight showing is 53g
-
Add the water
-
Stir for as long as it takes until (almost) all of the potassium Chloride has dissolved.

Label your container
